Cjl Technologies is an authorized software reseller. Upon purchase, we grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software components included in the purchased package (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise) for the Client's own business use.
Package contents, features, and delivery scope are described at the time of purchase. Features may be updated or substituted with equivalent functionality as underlying platforms evolve.
Packages are offered at a one-time price as listed (Essentials $7,500, Professional $12,500, Enterprise $25,000). Fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Third-party services (such as payment processing, messaging, hosting, or advertising) may carry their own separate fees billed by those providers; these are the Client's responsibility.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to accounts and assets needed for setup, and lawful content and product listings. The Client is responsible for compliance with laws applicable to its business, including marketing, consumer, tax, and data-protection laws.
The Client is responsible for maintaining its own accounts, domains, and third-party subscriptions after delivery.
All underlying software, platforms, templates, and tools remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Cjl Technologies retains ownership of its methods, configurations, and materials. Content, branding, and data that the Client provides remain the Client's property. The Client receives a license to use the delivered configuration for its business; no transfer of underlying software ownership is implied.
Cjl Technologies provides business software and setup services. We make no guarantee of income, revenue, sales, profit, or any specific business result. Any examples are illustrative only. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the Client's own effort, market conditions, and execution. Purchase decisions should not be based on expected earnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cjl Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the package giving rise to the claim.
Services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated.
Purchases are final except as described in our refund policy: a full refund may be requested within 72 hours of purchase and before implementation begins. See the full Refund Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
